The Diabetes and Complications Team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated scientist to join our discovery research team. We are directly involved in a variety of drug discovery projects for cardiovascular/renal diseases. This position will primarily involve in vivo compound testing in various rodent models of diabetes, obesity, cardio-metabolic, or cardio-renal disease. Are you a passionate about the science? This role requires a self-motivated worker who is capable of independently conducting detailed research protocols. You will craft and perform experiments independently as well as within team-based environments, and interact with internal and external collaborators. This will be an opportunity to work cross-functionally within Lilly Research Laboratories.

Associate degree with 2 years of applicable experience or Bachelor's degree preferably in biology/animal science/veterinary technology or a closely related field with applicable laboratory research experience.
