What you will do:

You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily Returns operations at the distribution center. Under the direction of the Sr. Operations Manager the Returns Supervisor will work directly with various client Business Groups in coordinating the receiving and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company procedures and objectives.

How you will do it:

• Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the receipt of returned materials, evaluation of disposition and verification of conformance to Return Material Authorizations.


• Ensure team compliance with company Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.


• Maintain employee hours, payroll and time off. Oversee the interview, hiring and training of new employees.


• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining 5S standards of the warehouse.


• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives.


• Responsible for special projects completion as assigned by Senior Management. Assist where needed within Operations and general Management as deemed necessary.

What we look for

Required:

• 2-5 years Supervisory experience in warehouse operations


• Associates degree or equivalent


• This position requires consistent lifting, walking, bending, stooping, schedule flexibility, and multi-tasking.


• Schedule flexibility and multi-tasking

Preferred 

• Additional college and equivalent work experience preferred.


• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems
