Responsibilities:

• Builds long-term customer relationships based on trust, honesty, integrity and outstanding workmanship


• Completes automotive services thoroughly and quickly while focusing on customer satisfaction


• Performs multi-point vehicle inspections


• Inspects vehicles for additional necessary repairs


• Inspects fluid levels of power steering reservoir and transmission


• Inspects belts, hoses, and wiper blades


• Checks air pressure of tires


• Focuses on customer satisfaction


• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interaction with customers, co-workers, managers, and suppliers


• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards


• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area

Requirements:

• Automotive repair and maintenance experience required 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment


• Positive attitude and friendly, outgoing personality


• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen


• Must be available to work Saturdays


• Valid driver’s license
