As the Operations Analyst for the Individual Solutions Group, you will manage and direct various projects in scope and nature that support the ISG Sales and Distribution community.  Leadership skills will be important to foster and promote core business relationships and a curious nature to identify opportunities and gaps in processes.  This is a hands-on role that will also require you to manage the day to day components of various security and procurement initiatives that support our technology enablement strategy.  Other responsibilities include but are not limited caring for and being an ambassador of our suite of virtual engagement tools such as Glance, Fugent, and Sales Portal. 

Core functional responsibilities include:

  • Leading and participating in cross-functional teams to successfully complete projects geared towards the suite of tools that we support for ISG Sales & Distribution. 

  • Managing multiple projects at a time and ensuring that timelines are adhered to. 

  • Manage and lead the day to day components of all things related to system security.  Ensuring that associates in the organization have proper access to appropriate information. 

  • Manage and support the on/off-boarding process which includes the procurement of equipment for associates.

  • Partner with other Operation Analysts on the team to provide uninterrupted end user support by cross-training and providing back-up coverage as needed.

  • Seeking out cost saving opportunities within the organization by analyzing equipment costs and trends.

  • Performing internal audits as well as building out new procedures to ensure that processes adhere to current business needs. 

  • The development of best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure that specific programs are well managed and running efficiently. 

  • Relationship management to ensure that best practices are being developed and maintained over time.

  • Building and leveraging key partnerships across the organization to help ensure objectives are met. 

  • Creating and socializing recommendations to key stakeholders and partners.

  • 3-5 years of relatable business experience

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver quality results independently

  • Strong data management and analytical skills

  • Ability to conduct research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and results

  • Strong facilitation, and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • A track record for building and maintaining partnerships within the business

  • A desire to tackle complex problems within the business and an ability to find data elements that provide creative solutions.

  • An ability to identify business issues & utilize technology to bring issues to resolution

  • Excellent attention to detail while also having the ability to understands the big picture

  • Time management, organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • A long-term focus on implementation and continuous improvement

  • Ability to collaborate and work well as a team player

  • An ability to matrix-manage teams and deliver results

Preferred Experience and Education


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • At a minimum, 3-5 years of relatable business experience is required

  • Industry experience is preferred

  • Office 365 experience preferred – with a strong working knowledge of Excel a plus

  • Project management experience preferred

*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $82,300-$111,300 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
