Ability to write complex programs using the Sterling Implementation Framework
Very clear concepts of Database, J2EE, JMEE, XML
Experience in Order Management, Inventory Management, Business process and PL/SQL
Demonstrated customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to business and technical audiences
Act as an overall lead for OMS Application support team
Provide oversight and collaborate with OMS development POD for ongoing Sterling OMS enhancements and projects which are driven by client product team
Accurate, detailed knowledge of specified technology software, services, and experience with applicable consulting practices, methodologies and tools
Maintains and expands technical and business knowledge through study and on-site delivery experience
Describe and demonstrate features, functions and benefits in relation to the customer’s environment and requirements
Availability for on call support for P1 and P2 issues
