Prudential Advisors is looking for a Project Management Specialist to join their Learning, Recruiting and Business Consulting team. In this role you will have a unique opportunity to play an integral part supporting the recruiting efforts of experienced, in-demand financial advisor talent with successful practices and those just starting their career.  

How you’ll contribute to our team:

Leading strategic initiatives:

Working with team members to create and execute project plans, remove impediments, create and manage reports, ensure risks are identified and control, manage program budgets.

Conducting research and analysis to support recruiting strategies

Communication Support:

Prepare executive-level presentations and share updates regularly with leadership and other stakeholders

Supporting our marketing and communication efforts to create value-add content and messaging.

Administrative support:

Performing administrative functions to support recruiting activity.

Prescreening candidates, preparing call lists, creating events calendars, tracking recruiting results. Creating and managing reports leveraging Salesforce.

Process Improvements:

Owning key processes and identifying process improvements.

Working with team members to identify efficiencies, updating and creating process flows, gathering stakeholder feedback, responding to process related inquires.

Facilitating the creation of consistent repeatable processes leveraging best practices.

What we’re looking for in a successful candidate:


  •  College degree preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the Financial Services industry with program management experience. 

  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and complete projects on a timely basis.

  • Experience with using Salesforce, working with recruiters and sales managers preferred.

  • Some familiarity with a “marketer’s mindset”

  • Ability to manage a high-volume goal driven environment, sometimes with conflicting priorities

  • Strong relationship building, partnering, interpersonal and collaborative skills

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized self-starter with creative mindset

  • Strong written communication skills and understanding of marketing fundamentals

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with all departments and organizational levels

  • Creative thinker with an ability to identify process improvement opportunities

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.

Salary range specific to Colorado: $82,000-111,000 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
