We are looking for a Senior Director of Digital Experience/Platforms to lead the strategy, development, and on-going management of the digital experience platforms (e.g. website, purchase funnel, member center) for North America.  This individual will define and execute the digital experience strategy to engage tens of millions of visitors each year into our content and solutions.  As a Senior Director you will work closely across the different consumer lines of business, understanding the broad strategic vision and balancing short versus long term trade-offs.  You will work within the Experience Management COE and partner with the product, marketing and technical teams to define the required specification deliverables. 

The Senior Director will be responsible for the portfolio and lifecycle of experience platforms supporting our lines of business – ideation, design, development and support – owning the portfolio, end-to-end.

What You’ll Do


  • Define, and be the evangelist of, our overall digital experience strategy, connecting audiences and segments into relevant journeys and linking them to the solutions that we offer people every day to help them make progress.


  • Connect our targeting, engagement and personalization future vision to the tools and technologies we need to enable the experiences we are striving for.


  • Evaluate website traffic and audiences based on KPIs (i.e. number of visitors, demographics, session length, conversion rate, etc.) to drive scaled entry into customer portal.


  • Assess customer feedback, data, and analytics, as well as improve the overall digital experience and customer experience based on analytics and derived insights.


  • Design and/or maintain, in-close collaboration with other members of D&A and Product Management, a strategy and roadmap for the digital experience platform applications.


  • Manage and assess the customer life cycle and the digital experience life cycle.


Qualifications


  • 5-10 years of platform or software product management experience in an ecommerce space


  • High degree of strategic competency around digital experience.


  • Experience with how experience platforms and tools enable business value.


  • Experience creating data and analytics products and services. Understanding of data product development and delivery and technology development processes


  • Strong team results focus with an ability to share the vision of our experience with a team and stakeholders as well as achieve measurable results.


  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and change in a collaborative and agile environment


  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
