What you will do

Under supervision of the Director Finance – Global IT, you will work to track spend, changes to the budget, capital projects and cost optimization analysis. You will also work to ensure monthly reports are accurate and gain consistency in reporting across the business units and Corporate.  This person will continually work to improve reporting accuracy and functionality and be an integral part of the month end close process and forecast/plan development.

How you will do it

• Develop a process to gather detailed global IT spend information on a monthly basis


• Perform analysis on the global IT spend to look for optimization opportunities


• Generate reporting package for IT spend on a monthly basis


• Track updates to the global IT budget


• Assist as needed with quarterly forecast and annual plan for global IT spend


• Continually work to improve reporting functionality and communication with the Finance and IT organizations


• Lead other special studies/projects as needed

What we look for

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field.


• Minimum 3+ years of finance/accounting experience


• Strong written and oral communication skills


• Ability to think both analytically and conceptually


• Computer skills including Hyperion, Excel, and PowerPoint
