As a collaborative member of the team, you will:
Act as a Data Wrangler/ Visualization Analyst for our Planning & Execution group.
Perform Business Case data visualization.
Help create our Scorecard through data wrangling and visualization.
Help create forecast visualizations (team composition), budget build out, Aha! and JIRA analytics that contribute to capacity management.
Perform Oracle Time & Labor analytics.
Perform Aha! Analytics and oversight.
Use your advanced data modeling and analytic visualization skills to produce valuable insights for Equifax.
Own and deliver reporting capabilities for customers and internal insights through the development of a centralized insights repository as well as produce new and innovative insight for Equifax based on research and untapped data sources within the business.
Provide vital input into the design, project management and delivery of analytical research and insight solutions across a range of clients and industries for Equifax.
BS degree or equivalent job experience required
4+ years of Data Wrangler/Data Visualization experience
3+ years experience using Tableau
3+ years of experience using SQL
Experience with data modeling/parsing JSON data for various data use cases is ideal
Experience with modeling data in BigQuery is ideal
Self-motivated driver able to make progress despite obstacles and to solve problems
Strong time management skills and sense of timeliness in meeting commitments
Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
Demonstrated aptitude for acquiring knowledge and skills
Ability to understand the key metrics to measure, observe and optimize for business value & efficiency
Exceptional facilitative skills, must be able to lead and demonstrate value add principles with transparency (e.g. desire to bring disclosure and grow trust)
