Job Description:

The Client Account Services Onboarding Transformation VP will work across functions to drive the effective implementation of strategic initiatives within the operational functions. This will involve running a range of projects and initiatives to enable the adoption of digital tools to drive operational performance. Effective stakeholder management, combined with a sound understanding of business processes will be critical to the success of this role. As part of this deliverable, the team is focused on driving data quality and leveraging data analytics to assess the account onboarding lifecycle, primarily in Securities Services.

This role partners extensively key stakeholders in the respective businesses, operations and technology partners, and transition teams in order to execute the strategy. You will gain exposure to various management structures within Securities Services and the candidate will need to be able to interact and create strong partnerships across various teams and locations.

Responsibilities: -


  • Work closely with various teams in Securities Services.
  • Produce project materials at all stages of project development lifecycle - current state process flows, business use cases, gap analyses, governance and future state models
  • Clearly define objectives, lead the development of the implementation plan for the technology solution , and oversee the execution of that plan
  • Review project materials with stakeholders and coordinate sign offs of deliverables
  • Lead project coordination effort with major business and technology stakeholders
  • Work with business owners to ensure Client Reference Data initiatives are properly prioritized
  • Provide support for the production of project and program communication materials
  • Manage timely execution of the plan and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
  • Balance short term needs with long term strategic view and wherever necessary create short term solutions until the long term solution is ready
  • Ensure projects are completed within established time and budget schedules and in compliance to enterprise project management standards for the respective program

Requirements: -

  • Project manager/business analyst with at least 5 years of financial industry experience
  • Experience with client on-boarding, reference data systems, data analysis and data quality
  • Experience in managing complex projects from inception to delivery
  • Ability to work with globally dispersed project teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to successfully interact with business stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with all levels of multiple organizations
  • Strong analytical background, problem solving and communication skills are necessary
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with workflow, document management and reference data
  • Experience with client on-boarding and reference data technology platforms a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
