The Enterprise Applications Analyst oversees the operation and strategic planning for Enterprise applications, including the ERP platform, ensuring Alberici's Enterprise application use and roadmap align with business objectives.

Position Overview:

The Enterprise Applications Analyst is responsible for the following:


  • Manages ERP system software, data management, and reporting systems.

  • Involved in the development and management of the ERP-specific portion of the IT budget.

  • Develops, leads and directs ERP applications operations and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, support, as well as organizes and negotiates the allocation of resources.

  • Act as Technology Product Owner for ERP and other Enterprise applications, partnering with Business Product owners.

  • Function as a primary or secondary backup for various ERP processes.

  • Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of Enterprise data structures and integrations.

  • Provide development and support assistance to ensure ERP applications are functional, effective and available.

  • Manage relationships with our trusted vendor partners (ERP and related vendors).

  • Reviews performance of ERP applications to determine operating costs and upgrade requirements.

  • Contracts with management specialists, technical personnel or vendors to solve problems.

  • Directs research on potential ERP application solutions and implementations in support of new initiatives and opportunities.

  • Develops and maintains technical documentation and quality assurance test plans.

  • Achieves desired results through effective leadership and appropriate influence while adhering to established policies and procedures.

  • Determines methods and course of action to achieve departmental and organizational goals though effective planning and efficient performance of the department.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor's degree plus two (2) to ten (10) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desired Technical Skills:


  • Experience with corporate ERP systems, Construction ERP experience preferred but not required.

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Cognos, Power BI)

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (i.e. UKG)
