This position will provide implementation and consultative performance support for SureSmile practices, including case utilization, marketing, product and service quality enhancement and financial cost controls. Responsible for working with a portfolio of approximately 20-50 practices to proactively enhance performance. Up to 85% travel time required.

Primary responsibilities include:


  • Implementation services
  • Utilization/Marketing/Practice Consultations
  • Planning and reviewing practice metrics
  • Conduct one on one report review for 20-50 practices
  • Assist with internal and external training needs
  • Initial and ongoing Practice Data Collection Metric Monitors
  • Practice Marketing/Selling Consulting
  • On-site support (Go-Live, Ramp-up Phase)
  • Periodic practice progress evaluation and consultation
  • Other duties and responsibilities not specifically described may be assigned from time to time at supervisor's discretion.

Required Education and Experience:


  • BS degree
  • 5 years' experience in Health Care or Orthodontic Industry
  • Consulting, Training, and Process Improvement experience required
  • Excellent consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills
