Our dedicated Quality Assurance teammates design, create and build effective test strategies, plans, and cases for multiple software platforms. Key responsibilities include facilitation of manual and/or automated functional testing, regression testing, UI testing, and system integration testing (a/k/a: “End-to-end” testing). Position may be based at one of the following locations: Home office (Sarasota, Florida) or one of our branch or Regional office locations: Lake Mary, FL, Richardson, TX, Indianapolis, IN, Lawrenceville, GA, or Glen Allen, VA. (Note: Flexible work arrangements include ability to work from home (2) days per week.)

Experience

Required

• * Minimum of two years system testing experience resulting in a solid understanding of systems testing best practices and methodologies.


• * In depth knowledge of one or more insurance or transaction related application/processes including and not limited to Policy Administration Systems, Claims systems, Billing Systems.


• * Capable to coordinate UAT and/or validation activities for project implementation/deployment.


• * Passion and ability to deliver minimum bug free product to business users for UAT.


• * Ability to identify customer expectations and deliver testing protocols to exceed expectations.


• * Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills.


• * Advanced ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making.

Preferred

• * Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools, such as ALM (HP Quality Center), Selenium, Unified Functional Test, JIRA, etc.

Education

Required

• Bachelors or better in Information Systems or related field
