Business Priorities:

The objective of this role is to support Finance and the GPO in the Plan, Feasibility Assessment and Solution Confirmation of Digital Transformation. This role will report to the Director GPO.  The successful candidate will Embrace simple, leaner, faster design philosophy with strong focus on business outcomes.

He/She will roll up their sleeves to engage with stakeholders, understand requirements and opportunities, create and execute on plans and roadmaps, and deliver on team commitment on a timely basis. This role requires strong influencing skills and “art of the possible” leadership to deliver results.  The role consults with Global Process Owners, Operations teams, BU regional leaders and Data, Insights & Analytics Leads.

Role Accountabilities:

Strategy / Alignment / Methodology


  • Support the Finance team in the Plan the Plan, Feasibility Assessment and Solution Confirmation of Aurora.

  • Assess new opportunities to drive simplification, automation by finding best in class tools to scale or adapt.

  • Support strategic alignment: Ensure Finance team is focused on solving the RIGHT and RELEVANT strategic problems that can create a step change in longer term business value.

  • Engage and challenge current processes to incorporate critical thinking and futuristic process redesign to develop innovative solutions for complex, tricky problems.

  • Identify future hurdles in the global / regional adoption of the TO BE operating system.

  • Focus on internal and external environment, ensuring latest tools & technologies are leveraged for driving value and decision making within the company.

Implementation


  • Deliver on efficiency and compliance goals by driving synergies between GBS/Finance/Supply Chain/DTS teams.

  • Mitigate cross-departmental impacts due to changes implemented in line with the company’s operations

  • Be a change agent, by defining new ways of developing product solutions internally and externally, helping the organization become more effective and agile.

Coaching / Capability


  • Consult and coach regional and global management teams, as well as leaders to build TO BE operating system.

  • Develop and execute next generation training to empower and accelerate team’s full potential

Essential Knowledge / Experience


  • Degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting related field. 

  • Proven experience identifying potential risks and informing all concerned parties

  • Proven communication skills to connect between end-users and the implementation team.

  • Recognized influence to design end-to-end TO BE business process and identify gaps.

  • 10+ years relevant business experience with demonstrated “people & project“ success.

  • Have a sound understanding of the financial and accounting principles and be able to promote financial and internal controls. 

  • “Hands on” experience leading and supporting multiple, global projects and change initiatives.

  • Resourceful and independent; thrives in a changing and dynamic work environment.

  • Eagerly accepts stretch goals. Takes personal responsibility for decisions and delivering results.

  • Consistent track record of delivering results while creating/maintaining an engaging environment.

  • Fluent in English – Required (Additional languages preferred)
