ABOUT THE POSITION:
The SEO & Marketing Analytics Consultant will work as part of the Marketing Consulting team to create digital marketing insights and strategies. They are results and data oriented and can track and communicate key performance indicators and success metrics to their teams. They will regularly implement opportunities for optimization, including but not limited to SEO, advertising, creative, landing page optimization, bid management, budget allocation and overall marketing strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze marketing performance from campaigns, audiences, and channels across multiple platforms to improve efficiency
Develop, implement and optimize SEO strategies including link building, mining data for kw and content creation opportunities and kw research using data to support strategy.
Monitor SEO performance by using SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEOMoz, Ahrefs, etc.)
Work collaboratively across the Strategic Services team to provide analysis and strategy that will support their ongoing efforts and key initiatives
Design, develop, and launch new reports and dashboards according to clients business requirements
Draw out key business insights and provide actionable recommendations
Execute iterative testing for constant growth
Assist with the analysis of their ongoing email campaign management, digital advertising and website conversion rate optimization including report creation, landing page creation and optimization, heavy data analysis, and A/B testing
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, economics, finance or technical discipline or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in marketing data analysis within digital marketing
Analytics software experience with Google Analytics, Datorama, Tableau, SQL preferred
Ability to present to mid-level and executive level clients and serve as a key thought leader during client conversations
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Social Studio, and Ad Studio preferred
Experience building ad campaigns on multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Adwords, StackAdapt or other DSPs)
Experience with Interaction Studio (formerly Evergage) or other CDPs preferred
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Exceptional problem solver with the ability to transition between detailed data and high-level insight
Foundational understanding of digital marketing programs and technologies (SEO, Paid Media, Email, Social)
Advanced experience with excel
