Job Description:


Our client, located in the Long Grove area, is currently seeking multiple Processors to join their team. This position would sit onsite 5 days/week and would start immediately.

Hourly rate: $16/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm

Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurate and timely input and processing of various loans.

  • Promptly and professionally respond to phone inquiries.

    Direct emails and incoming mail to the appropriate party.



  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly internal reports as required.

  • Participate as assigned in departmental audit processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment


  • Detail Oriented

  • Previous customer service, banking or loan processing experience a plus!
