It is safe to say the Cardiac Services Nursing Director will be joining a team of caregivers who go above and beyond for their patients and employees alike. 

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Cardiac Services Nursing Director will oversee the entire Cardiovascular service line, including Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Telemetry, Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), and Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). 

The Cardiac Services Nursing Director collaborates with the Cardiovascular service line to develop educational programs to enhance the staff’s knowledge of current trends in cardiology as whole, and will be a strong leader and educator throughout. 

The Cardiac Services Nursing Director is responsible for all areas of cardiology, including strategic planning, implementation and evaluation, integration of the service line with the multidisciplinary vision of the hospital, and a dedicated collaborative approach to ensure a highly organized and effective delivery of care in both the hospital and clinic environments. The Cardiac Services Nursing Director collaborates to guide operations, resources, performance and management of all departments/clinics directly influencing cardiac care.
