Summary

 

The VP of Business Performance will report into the President of the Infrastructure Product Group (IPG).  The role will lead a team to develop and implement high performance systems and processes in operations, commercial and supply chain/procurement. 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Create process and system alignment and standardization across IPG that drive better business results in each department


• Act as a high-impact leader, influencer and change agent


• Instill a continuous improvement mindset across IPG


• Champion and coordinate cross-functional performance teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions


• Create mechanism to share and drive best practices across the globe


• Create tools to collect pertinent data to evaluate operational alignment


• Develop organizational KPI’s and metrics (create format, collect data, distribute reports, influence levers to pull to impact business KPI’s)


• Develop performance reports and dashboards to illustrate progress

 

Job Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business management, finance, or another technical field, MBA preferred


• 10+ years of hands on leadership in manufacturing


• A confident yet grounded leader, team player, coach and a mentor


• Lean manufacturing and change management experience (engagement level)


• Strong technology background and operational metrics (Tableau experience preferred)


• Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong project management skills, organizing and planning skills


• Action orientated & strong drive for results


• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments


• Strategic thinking and forecasting ability
