Job Description:

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to support the Guided Weapons Evaluation Facility (GWEF) performing Engineering Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) functions for the 782 Test Squadron (782 TS).

Position Overview:

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of modernized radio frequency simulation systems to support hardware-in-the-loop simulations for the evaluation of guided munitions, sensor systems, and countermeasure systems. As part of a larger PM cell you will manage projects that contribute to the final test capability. This position is located at Guided Weapons Evaluation Facility (GWEF) on Eglin AFB.

Job Responsibilities

• Apply standardized project management methodologies to improve program/project execution
• Perform requirements analysis to identify deliverables and execution strategies
• Manage project budgets and make adjustments based on schedule changes
• Produce briefing materials to present program/project status to Stakeholders
• Assist with the generation and evaluation of program/project schedules
• Assist with requirements generation, contract reviews, and proposal evaluations
• Assist with the monthly review of Earned Value Management Data (Integrated Program Management Report)
• Advise and assist Program Lead with program funding issues such as: forecast obligation and expenditure rates; tracking actual obligations and expenditure rates; tracking funding documents through the respective financial databases; assist with developing budgets for the programs; assist with clearing financial deferrals; assist with financial status reports; support program budget analysis and program/contract cost analysis
• Must be willing to travel up to 5%

• Bachelor�s in relevant field. Experience may be substituted for education with government approval
• Experience with critical path and Agile methodologies and their implementation
• Highly desired to have experience with Radio Frequency (RF), Electronic Warfare (EW), Missile Systems, Information Technology (IT) or other technical fields
• Preferred certifications include: Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level I/II PM
• Knowledge of AFI63-101/20-101, DoDI 5000.02, FAR and DFARS
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• US Citizenship required
• Must hold an active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance with investigation completed within past 6 years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance
