Qualis Corporation is seeking a Scientist and Engineer Level 2 full stack developer in support of Center Scheduling Enterprise (CSE), an Air Force-wide range scheduling system. This position is located at Eglin AFB, FL

Essential Functions

• Integrate a scheduling optimization module for CSE.
• Communicate with Government and 3rd party contractor developers to ensure smooth operation of the system as a whole.

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 0 to 3 years of experience. Substitution of experience for education will be considered with approval by the government.

• Translate user requirements to software features
• Design and implement web application code including design new and modify existing database tables and schemas o User interface

• Write and maintain database procedures and functions using SQL
• Participate in design meetings and code reviews
• Troubleshoot software bugs

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must hold an active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be willing to travel up to 15%.
