Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and Track Data conversion execution plan

  • Lead design and customer business requirements gathering and validation; optimize customer requirements

  • Lead & perform Project / Program management tasks

  • Review operation metrics  assess risk and drive mitigation plans; review SOW / work orders Technology and Transformation

  • Understand the Project / Program goals and draft relevant documents

  • Design and Manage Project / Program governance, and provide relevant updates during Governance meetings

  • Create, Manage and Be accountable for Project / Program Schedule and Plan

  • Be accountable for Project / Program Estimates, Budget and Quality of Delivery

  • Collaborate with relevant Portfolio teams for estimations and plan resource needs

  • Liaise with technical team for building the solution to meet Project requirements

  • Work with testing team(s) for ensuring test coverage of Business Requirements

  • Facilitate and drive meetings, workshops, demonstrations etc. with different IT & Business stakeholders

  • Manage stakeholders by effectively meeting/exceeding their expectations on Project/Program delivery & quality of work

  • Facilitate and drive meetings, workshops, demonstrations etc. with different IT & Business stakeholders

  • Identify, Manage and Mitigate Project/Program Issues, Risk and Dependencies

  • Identify, Invoke and Manage Project/Program Change Controls

  • Ensure Project/Program meets all relevant Compliance requirements

  • Be accountable for all relevant Audit requirements and findings

  • If required, Lead and concurrently manage multiple projects

  • Align and Collaborate with Program Manager and relevant Stakeholders on broader program objectives

Qualifications:


  • Program Management experience for large data conversion programs governance with US clients

  • Over 15+ years of IT experience

  • Proactive in risk identification and mitigations

  • Liaison with customer key stakeholders

  • Application maintenance and support experience; deeper understanding of support SLAs, KPIs

  • Effective risk management skills

  • Preferably experience with Vitech or any other COTS data conversion program governance experience

  • Experience working with global teams

  • Experience managing application support transition

  • Well versed in Waterfall/Agile project/Project Management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Should be a team leader and player

  • Flexible and Resourceful
