ACCO Brands is seekinganAssociate ProductManagerfor ourTruSens brand of Consumer Wellness products. TruSens is ACCO Brand's first Consumer Wellness brand that launched with Air Purifiers in 2019, and we are looking to grow the brand exponentially. To do this, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and passionate individual to join the TruSens family.

Responsibilities:


  • Work with Product Manager to own portfolio P&L including mix management, pricing, new product development, three-year strategic plan and channel strategies.

  • Works closely with cross functional teams such as: engineering, industrial design, sourcing, compliance, quality, and manufacturing functions on design and product specifications. Participate in/lead project management on new product development and product management activities.

  • Conducts extensive analysis of global competitive landscape and user data within the category. Subject matter expert in the competitive market and customer experience expectations for these products.

  • Product portfolio/life-cycle management - product positioning and competitive strategy; Evaluates product portfolio performance and profitability.

  • Acts as the product expert in answering customer service and sales questions about specific products.

  • Product continuity & alignment - assist with pricing, product quality & and forecasting.

  • Participate in/lead cross functional teams on specific projects (i.e new products, cost savings, packaging, inventory management and integrated marketing programs).

  • Revisions to Product Information Packages (PIPs) for current products; new item set up.

Qualifications:


  • BS/BA is required, preferably in Business Administration orMarketing or a related field.

  • Minimum of2 years of marketing experience is required, preferably product management experience.

  • Strong written, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Experience working with cross functional teams.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Travel: Approximately 10-15%.

  • Local candidates only.
