Job Summary: 

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient operation, profitability, supervision of a specific branch(es) or department(s) while assuring customer satisfaction.

Job Roles: 

• Accountable for financial performance, customer satisfaction, and branch policies and procedures.

• Ensures the branch adheres to policies, objectives, and practices of the company.

• Develops and maintains business relationships with customers.

• Maintains financial records and budget.

• Responsible for establishing performance measures and enhancing productivity.

• Analyzes and evaluates business strategies in order to reach branch sales and service goals.

• Has hiring and firing authorities.

• Ensures branch has the tools and personnel needed to meet goals.

• Leads and directs the work of others 70% of the time and may do production work 30% of the time. 

Role Specific Knowledge:

• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Knowledge and understanding of state requirements and regulations.

• Supervisory background or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in all aspects of a branch, including title, escrow, closings, policies, etc.

• Must be able to identify department or staff weaknesses and establish training to improve skills.

• Possess the skill set to manage multiple priorities with ease.

• Need a strong understanding of title industry and be able to work with staff so they understand how to make decisions and/or offer options to overcome any challenges.

• Outstanding customer service skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well as organizational skills.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in business or equivalent is preferred.

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in title industry which includes management experience.
