As a Direct Support Professionals (also known as Resident Assistant, Home Health Aide, CNA), you will work in a residential group home setting (known as CLA) for adults with developmental disabilities. A Residential Assistant is responsible for personal care, medication administration, behavioral support, and transportation of 3-4 individuals living in a group home setting. Your safety and the safety of our team is what is most important to us. Penn-Mar Human Services adheres to all COVID-19 regulations to ensure the safety of new hires, staff and the people we support.

No experience necessary, we provide paid training and team support!
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma/ G.E.D
- Acceptable criminal background
- Valid Driver's License with 2 yrs. experience, and less than 3 moving violations (NO Major Violations, D.U.I's, Suspensions) in the previous 36 months
- Ability to pass pre-employment Drug Screen/ Physical/ Mantoux Test (PPD, TB)
