Team Description

The Project Management Office is accountable for the success of all implementation and conversion activities within the US Private Banking Wealth Platform Business. The Portfolio Management Implementation Professional role is a PMO role that is focused principally on PME/ portfolio management within a broader implementation.

What you'll do:

Standards


  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of the portfolio management standard implementation project plan; ensuring all partners are included/ accountable for their respective areas.

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of the portfolio management standard workflows and procedures; ensuring consistency with standard client configuration options.

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of the portfolio management standard training materials and methodology; providing alignment with the overall SWP training program.

  • Embed transformational change elements into the portfolio management conversion process to help clients achieve enhanced value beyond traditional outsourcing

Implementations

  • Overall project management of the portfolio management solution implementation, including management of the overall project plan, reporting of status and the management of risks/ issues.

  • As a subset of Business Readiness, work closely with the client to communicate and align portfolio management standard workflows/ procedures into their broader business environment.

  • Execute the portfolio management training program to client users and trainers (train the trainer).

  • Identify and manage key change management efforts associated with the portfolio mgt solution.

  • Support the testing of new portfolio mgt capabilities/ features in conjunction with technology partners.

  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates through every aspect of the conversion; specifically in terms of delivery outcomes and timeframes.


Partner Coordination (related to Implementations)

  • Market unit single point of contact for platform delivery and product development teams related to portfolio management conversion efforts.

  • Coordination with portfolio management market unit solution lead, feeding solution development requirements into the overall solution roadmap.

  • Partnership with relationship management team to ensure clean hand-off to ongoing servicing relationship.

What you bring to the table:


  • 3-5 years in the financial services industry; with focused experience in portfolio management.

  • Strong relationship management skills with C-level executives

  • Should possess a working knowledge of portfolio management theory and application

  • Project experience in managing process assessment and redesign.

  • Deep knowledge of portfolio management solutions.

  • Strong technical proficiency and communication skills.
