Resources for Human Development is seeking mission-driven LPNto join our program located in the Bucks County area. The LPN is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing services to individuals, residing in the PIER (Pledge for Independence Empowerment and Recovery) program. The LPN will serve as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide support to the program as well as ensuring the well-being of each individual.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Adhere to appropriate nursing/ medical policy and procedures, as well as necessary nursing protocols to ensure the health and safety of the Individuals that reside and work in RHD PIER.


• Facilitate/ coordinate educational groups for Individuals on medical needs such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, etc


• Helps to oversee the medical and psychiatric health needs of the Individuals that reside at the program by facilitating communication among members of their treatment team.


• Provide educational counseling and support for Individuals regarding their medical/ behavioral health.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 Years of Medical Experience

Required Education

• Valid LPN License

Required Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License


• Ability to pass State Police and FBI Clearance


• Strong organizational, clinical, and interpersonal skills
