Reports to: Tactical Customer Support Manager

Location: Lansdale

Industrial Market USA is seeking a Tactical Customer Support Representative for the Customer Solutions team help drive the business toward achieving sales initiatives. This position is key in accomplishing an efficient organization which enables growth in the market by delivering a flawless experience and results.

Job Description:

The role of the Tactical Customer Support Rep is to improve processes, communication, outcomes, and productivity in Customer Solutions through efficiency and focus.

You will provide our internal and external customers with a flawless experience by anticipating their needs and working with a team who is highly responsive to customer's needs. As our ideal candidate, you will be able to achieve this mission because you are passionate about the following:


  • Solving problems and finding root causes in order to correct and replicate solutions

The position includes but is not limited to:


  • Supporting Accounts Receivable and claims

  • Customer Portal handling

  • Return of goods and complaints- root cause analysis

  • Orderbook Management in the system

  • Order Entry and Large quotes

  • EDI transactions

  • Reliability Services Support

  • Process improvement

  • Electronic Order Rejections

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple competing tasks while providing a flawless Customer Experience as well as timely, detailed follow up.

  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally across the organization with all levels of employees and management.

  • Exceptional computer skills; strong in Windows, Microsoft Office, CRM, and experience with mainframes. Ability to multitask between all systems quickly and efficiently.

  • Technical aptitude, good business mentality and the ability to make good solid business decisions.

  • Must be a motivated self-starter and team player, interested in being an integral part of a high performing, diversified team.

  • Individual needs to possess a positive attitude and work very well under pressure

  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and evolving culture

  • Continuous improvement, Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills are required

  • High Attention to detail and process oriented

  • Proactivity and willingness to try new things

  • Customer centric is a MUST!
