Senior Compensation Analyst

EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Compensation Resources Consulting Practice in our Upper Saddle River office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

EisnerAmper's Compensation Resources Practice specializes in providing comprehensive compensation consulting services including executive compensation, base pay administration, sales compensation, performance management, board advisory services and litigation support.

Responsibilities


  • Assist with development of compensation plans

  • Work independently to process information data reports, trends, etc.

  • Market and financial research and analysis

  • Responsible for high volume of market pricing

  • Job analysis/evaluation

  • Data extraction and analysis

  • Proposal and report preparation

  • Salary survey review

Basic qualifications for the opportunity


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance/accounting, or a business-related field

  • 2 years Compensation experience is preferred

  • 2 + years of experience in an analytical position

  • Experience with market pricing

  • Proficient in Excel

Ideally, you'll also have


  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications (Access, Word, Power Point, Outlook). Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex models, formulas, macros, etc.

  • CCP designation or working towards this
