Responsible for the administration functions of the Accounting and Human Resources department, in accordance with Shaner and Franchise standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. The Accounting & Human Resources Coordinator will process all new hire onboarding, assist with new hire orientation, benefits administration, bi-weekly payroll processing and General Cashiering for hotel.
