What will you be doing as a Production Team Specialist?

As a Production Team Specialist at our client site , you will work as part of a team to achieve daily goals . Primary responsibilities include:

Perform complex assembly on engineering and prototype builds

Set up and operate automated equipment and manual assembly equipment

Prep multiple assembly lines for shop orders

Routine maintenance and monitoring performance of our tools and systems

Perform inspection work

Train lower level assemblers

Follow production work instructions and sample assemblies

Read production schedules, BOMs, Electrical Schematics, blueprints and assembly diagrams

Maintain accurate records and be responsible for quality charting, prioritization, analyzing and interpreting data tracking, and running reports through our automated Manufacturing Execution System

Assembly on a variety of subassemblies

Provide written and verbal summaries of process, design, and component issues encountered during assembly

Associate degree

1-2 years of related experience

Experience with circuit board assembly, inspection of Bills of Materials (BOM), electrical schematics, and manual soldering

Proficient in the application of IPCA610

Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Flexibility in schedule to work overtime as needed
