What will you be doing as a Production Team Specialist?

As a Production Team Specialist at our client site , you will work as part of a team to achieve daily goals . Primary responsibilities include:

  • Perform complex assembly on engineering and prototype builds
  • Set up and operate automated equipment and manual assembly equipment
  • Prep multiple assembly lines for shop orders
  • Routine maintenance and monitoring performance of our tools and systems
  • Perform inspection work
  • Train lower level assemblers
  • Follow production work instructions and sample assemblies
  • Read production schedules, BOMs, Electrical Schematics, blueprints and assembly diagrams
  • Maintain accurate records and be responsible for quality charting, prioritization, analyzing and interpreting data tracking, and running reports through our automated Manufacturing Execution System
  • Assembly on a variety of subassemblies
  • Provide written and verbal summaries of process, design, and component issues encountered during assembly

  • Associate degree
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Experience with circuit board assembly, inspection of Bills of Materials (BOM), electrical schematics, and manual soldering
  • Proficient in the application of IPCA610
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Flexibility in schedule to work overtime as needed
