Position Title: Regional Manager (8E)
Position Summary
Accountable for end-to-end oversight, control and reporting of customer and internal facing projects within Tower organization from supporting sales opportunities through on-air. This leader is responsible for dedicated customer account(s) within a defined market geography and leading a team of Program Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators. This team will execute on projects with focus on managing deliverables, schedule, budget and cycle time expectations with customers. This leader will act as definitive internal and external customer facing voice of project delivery, continually refining and improving processes to speed execution for customer commitments. The expectation is that this leader is action-oriented and drives coordination with leadership from all necessary teams on internal and external escalations, risk management, controls administration and customer communication.

Reports to: Tower Project Delivery – Regional Manager
Title(s) of direct reports (if applicable): Market Managers, Program Managers, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Coordinators
Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. This position requires travel and with a distributed team. During COVID19 conditions, this role will work remotely to mitigate risk.
