Overview
SAFETY
- Keeps working area clean and orderly, follows all company procedures and safety policies. Help maintain a safe environment for plant personnel.
- Inspects safety equipment as required by Matheson written procedures.

PRODUCTION
- Follows approved work schedules and maintains production to ensure quality and on time goals are met
- Reviews work orders for proper specification and approvals before performing any work.
- Promotes ideas for developing and implementing projects to improve efficiency and improve processes.
- Helps maintain and promote 5S throughout their production area, equipment and grounds.
- Maintains training requirements current.
QUALITY
- Performs task with approved procedures to ensure product quality.
- Maintains required records for use in tracking production and tracking of trends
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma
Computer experience
