Job Description

We are currently looking for a Receiving Worker Trainee to join our team in Dayton, NJ. This position is a day shift role with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 10:00am-6:20pm.



You Will Spend Your Time...



* Planning, scheduling, and managing the efficient movement of materials

* Facilitating the distribution process to ensure that customer requirements and time constraints are met

* Receiving incoming materials and/or prepares materials for shipment.

* Performing a variety of duties which may require the use of any combination of the following: hand trucks, forklifts, devices, or computers to maintain data.

* Verifying quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; routes materials to destinations.

* Fabricating and assembling nonstandard shipping crates and boxes

* Preparing parts and tooling for special shipment

* Identifying inventory discrepancies

* Performing all warehouse operations including, but not limited to, material movements, SAP transactions, ingredient sampling, reservoir replenishments, pumping, transferring, GMPs and HACCP.

Job Requirements

Required Skills

* Attention to detail

* Ability to work in fast paced environment

* Ability to lift up to 50lbs

* Basic math, reading and computer skills related to logistics

* Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English



Required Experience

* High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required

* Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Warehouse environment preferred

* Forklift experience preferred
