Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the Tritium Standard Report Automation effort and interface with members of the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) team.

o Develop and document OBIEE requirements and modifications roughed out by the NNSA Consolidation Group

o Generate, evaluate, submit and champion programming modification requests to OBIEE team when necessary

o Coordinate testing both internal and external testing and implement needed modifications

* Define, create, and test new Standard Report dashboards and analyses to support current and future business users' needs.

o Collect requirements for potential dashboards and analyses

o Develop these dashboards and analyses in testing environments for review

o Promote to production environment, collect feedback from users, and implement fixes

* Develop and maintain OBIEE ad-hoc reports as needed

o Develop dashboards based on ad-hoc request for site-wide use

o Work with users to develop their own ad-hoc reporting solutions

* Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues through applied knowledge/expertise of Oracle OBIEE toolset and identifying process improvement opportunities

o Organize and maintain all User Managed Data (UMD)

o Provide support and suggestions in the application of the UMD functionality

* Act as a trainer for new OBIEE users when needed.

o Provide regular training on OBIEE dashboard usage, ad-hoc reporting, and relevant features and tools

* Perform data analysis and data validation.

o Perform daily data validation

o Diagnose discrepancies, formulate solutions, and submit requests to IT when necessary

* Update existing documentation (i.e. data flows, process flows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

o Develop instructional documents/lesson plans on business relevant OBIEE topics

* Assist the Tritium Standard Report Automation and OBIEE development team with the implementation with respect to facilities, personnel, and other SRS initiatives

* Provide weekly status reports to Subcontract Technical Representative (STR)

* Understand site priorities and objectives with respect to OBIEE development and take an active role in accomplishing these objectives.

Demonstrated working knowledge of the following computer software: OBIEE Answers, MS Office, SQL, Oracle DBMS (preferably 19c), Quest TOAD for Oracle or equivalent, Informatica, OBIEE RPD Development, Lotus Notes Client, Citrix

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the service provider will have a office cubical exposed to normal noise level in the work environment.



Work Hours: Nominal 32 hours /week or 40 hrs/week. Flexible schedule to accommodate SRTE management needs.
