Currently seeking an ambitious and experienced insurance professional to increase Agribusiness market penetration and retention of commercial agribusiness and farm.  The selected candidate will perform field marketing duties to select, train and manage qualified independent agents throughout the assigned territory. Must develop and maintain strong relationships with key agency staff and be a strong member of the high performing Ag underwriting team currently in place. This field position will require travel throughout the assigned territory AR, TN, MS,  LA.  The candidate will need to reside in AR, TN, or MS.

Experience

Required

• *Bachelor's degree (NOTE: Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.)


• * Four or more years of commercial marketing and underwriting experience including two years directly related to commercial agribusiness.


• * Solid knowledge of underwriting processes, coverages, tools and company products and services.


• * Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.


• * Advanced knowledge of the organization and its products and services.


• * Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making.


• * Ability to determine customer needs, provide solutions and price business appropriately.


• * Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.


• * Industry designations, such as CIC, CPCU, AFIS or other designations that relate to the insurance industry.
