Solves problems with a solid understanding of problem solving process and ability to apply to routine design problems. Assists in capturing voice of customer and development of product specifications. Translates customer needs to manufacturing requirements. Creates test plans and develops new test protocol for products or components, with a basic understanding of reliability and failure mechanisms.Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. 3 years. Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years; Design for Lean Six Sigma or Black Belt preferred.
