Dura-Line is growing fast, and we are currently hiring a talented and driven IT Enterprise Project Manager to join the team to lead and own the Datacom IT global project portfolios and coordinate, support, and assist in all aspects of the project from original concept through the final implementation, while ensuring governance process adherence, project continuity, and stakeholder alignment.

In this exciting NEW role, you will need to bring your subject expertise in leading international IT project management using Waterfall and Agile methodologies in the manufacturing /industrial environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate for leading cross-functional teams and implementing change and has a strong negotiation, listening, and influencing skills.

 You must have a sound foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture with ERP, CRM, or SAP (preferred) in a manufacturing business.  In this value-added role to the organization, you will plan and manage all phases of system development which include requirement gathering, design, configuration, development, purchased software / services selection, testing conversion and application support.

You must have proven ability in understanding the total business analysis knowledge areas that are required for an end-to-end requirement process as your role will be to define project scope, lifecycle, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. If you have a PMP or PPM certification and/or process improvement and lean manufacturing experience it would be a huge plus as you will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of CAPEX requirements and business case.

We need a proven leader with strong organizational skills to coach and train cross-functional project global team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering enterprise projects. Excellent communication will be critical as you explain technical issues in layman's terms and present clear business case descriptions to project stakeholders and company management. Teamwork and ability to challenge others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor will be key as well.

A pragmatic, independent thinker with a sense of balance between the roles of project manager and technical advisor. You will be responsible for managing many complex and highly visible projects simultaneously in a team-based & fast-paced environment and ensure compliance with all company procedures and standards. Proactively identify risks and issues within the project and devise an effective mitigation and escalation strategy to resolve them.
