IndraSoft, Inc. is seeking a 100% REMOTE Authoring Administrator with Questionmark On Demand experience to work on our USAF program. The selected candidate will be a highly motivated individual who works well as part of multi-disciplinary team. The candidate must have a strong foundation and experience with Instructional Design and technologies. The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and should be qualified for a minimum background investigation/public trust.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in preferably in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related area.
- 5-7 years of instructional design or technology using instructional design theory and strategies.
- Experience using Questionmark OnDemand, Questionmark Perception, and Authoring Manager.
- Utilization of various lifecycle management tools that support management pack authoring and extensions.
- Experienced with using test assessment/learning management tools.
- Comprehensive understanding in instructional design principles, methods and techniques for adult e-learning.
- Ability to describe the strengths and limitations of the system.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current and future trends in Instructional design and educational technologies.
- Problem-solving with the ability to apply strong critical and logical analysis to scenarios in the context of educational technology use.

Analyzing data and preparing clear and concise reports.

Excellent editing, writing and effective communication skills.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Use instructional design theory and strategies, recommend effective and creative use of Questionmark's experience platforms.
- Promote the use of learning experience platforms in courses, programs across the CB-TDDS program to improve e-learning.
- Design, develop and implement evaluation procedures to assess the effectiveness of using technologies in teaching/learning experiences.
Authoring Tests and Item:
- Update the SaaS database with Item Bank to include additional tests-in-development items and metadata monthly by uploading data; assign meta-data to items in the item bank; maintain the content hierarchy (topic folders); upload test material from database resources; develop new item types and content hierarchy; re-create Test Form for scan-in upload and scoring using the SaaS; download and transfer the complete Item Bank with meta-data in a form readable by conventional office software (e.g. MS Office or common database systems).
Administering Users/Roles:
- Create and document user role definitions within the SaaS, including identified roles identified.
- Process and maintain System Authorization Access Request for users for audit records.
- Register users and test participants, for two factor authentication (A1 Okta) and Questionmark access via both mass (roster) and individual methods.
- Troubleshoot and resolve registration errors and all unresolved errors should be documented as backlog items for resolution.
Detail the strengths and limitations of the system. Document the capability of the SaaS to support the following features:
- Item types: drag and drop, essay, hot-spot graphical selection, job task analysis, Likert scale, true/false, yes/no, multiple choice, multiple response, matching, pull-down list, rank-in-order, survey matrix, numeric answer, text match, fill in the blank, select a blank.
- Alternate-forms creation from a single test bank
- Item stems and instructions inserted between items
- Re-use of test content (instructions, items, diagram, and templates) from previous tests
- Conducting pre-launch testing of the test
- Creating and exporting printed test material
- Supports random administration of test items per test-taker.
- Supports branding and templates, including color schemes, logos, and text.
Scheduling/Delivering electronic tests:
- Schedule participants for electronic tests and send communication to the participant via either system-generated email. Electronic tests will be scheduled and delivered using the specifications provided in each test's Administration Manual provided.
