What you will be doing:



  • Explore data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations

  • Define and present business metrics to stakeholders

  • Prepare comprehensive reports accurately, and present complex ideas clearly and concisely

  • Design and architect advanced data visualizations using various BI tools - Dashboards, Guided UI Pages, Charts/Graphs, Data Models

  • Perform ad hoc analysis with large data sets to call out and present key actionable insights

  • Discover and communicate actionable patterns and trends

  • Help guide understanding and knowledge of complicated data sets

  • Support post-implementation of self-service analytics

  • Produce project documentation and present business user summarizations


What you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Applied Analytics, or related discipline required

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • 4+ years of experience working with large data sets

  • Intermediate to advanced skill in Power BI, Power Query, and/or SQL

  • Knowledge of enterprise reporting and analysis tools

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively

  • Team-oriented, hardworking, open-minded, and flexible

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively required
