Primary Function

This role will serve as the subject matter expert in Spanish job postings, communication and advertising for the Recruiter Center.  In addition, the Coordinator will also serve as overflow for supporting the recruiting / sourcing effort for operations positions including, but not limited to, sourcing on hard-to-fill roles, covering Operations Recruiters when they are on vacation and driving applicant flow.   The goal is to advertise jobs and providing people that only speak Spanish with a resource to communicate about relevant opens positions within CRH.  We hope to increase the diversity of our overall candidate pool by engaging the Hispanic community. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and manage jobs advertisements in Spanish through our SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Translate job postings and other advertisements from English to Spanish

  • Prescreen any qualified applicants driven in from these job postings

  • Continuously identify new avenues to reach a diverse slate of applicants

  • Develop sourcing strategies with Recruiting team on hard to fill positions 

  • Proactively research and creatively utilize various sources to increase candidate flow

  • Create and run marketing campaigns on various job boards and social media channels to drive applicant traffic

  • Participate in staffing project teams and provide project management support as needed

  • Cross-train and back-up co-workers on an as needed basis

Professional Skills


  • Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)

  • Ability to remain flexible and resourceful with a high level of professionalism

  • Ability to multitask



  • BS Degree in Business, HR or related discipline or equivalent experience

  • Prior experience in recruitment, sales, data analysis or customer service is preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products

  • Experience with performing various and repetitive administrative tasks
