Oversee day to day lab needs and daily verification activities
Manage and maintain inventory for samples, standards, reagents, columns etc. for the lab.
Enter purchase requisitions in JDE to procure lab equipment, chemicals, standards, columns, supplies, RLD, CRO services etc. as required.
Receive shipments at front door as well as at back loading dock. Arrange/handover the shipment to corresponding employee.
Receive all shipments in to JDE and archive the shipping documents.
Ship/coordinate sample or document shipments from Cranbury as per request
Coordinate facility cleaning as well as maintenance services including security & safety alarm, waste disposal, licensing, Cintas for lab coats etc.
Participate in lab inspection readiness activities
Act as site point of contact for safety and its related training. Prepare monthly safety reports for corporate
Any additional duties/ projects as required
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical GMP lab environment required.
Good working knowledge of cGMPs, GLPs and GDPs are desired.
