Credit Operations Analyst

The Credit Operations Analyst will be responsible wide array of task including but not limited to enforcing Synnex Corporations compliance guidelines, reviewing and/or processing back end adjustments, completing credit card and flooring transactions as well as maintaining relationships with partners, managing collections for internal AR accounts, researching unidentified payments, compiling data and preparing management reports, establishing and managing merchant accounts and account setup for both domestic and government accounts.

  • Fielding telephone calls and emails from internal/external customers


  • Conducting transactions with internal and external customers


  • Maintain aging for accounts assigned


  • Monitor credit queue, review and release orders within assigned SLA's


  • Preparing a variety of complex reports, requiring strong analytical and reconciliation skills


  • Tailor conversations to personality of the customer. Strive for solutions that maximize recovery for SYNNEX


  • Work with both internal and external auditors as requested to provide reports and/or support.


  • Prepare, review, approve and/or process back end adjustments


  • Working with third party financial institutions (Flooring), and banking relationship managers


  • Working with credit card processor and Merchant Services


  • Monitor work being performed by Synnex partners


  • Understand and complete complex compliance reviews as required by Internal Audit and management


  • Outlining and Requesting RDS and Adhoc reports


  • Obtaining updated Prime and Libor rates


  • Maintaining flooring rate matrix


  • Work on problems of a moderate to advanced scope


  • Work on special projects or new tasks as assigned by management


  • Commitment to continuous improvement to comply with ISO 9001:2000 and any other regulatory standard


Your passion is sparked by:


  • High school Diploma required, 4 year degree desired, and a minimum of 3 years experience in a related field


  • Experience in Finance or Banking is a plus


  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Outlook and Word with proficiency using Pivot tables, v-lookup, graphs, macros, formulas and conditional formatting


  • Ability to interpret data for management


  • Understanding numerical data


  • Time Management and Organizational skills


  • Positive attitude and ability to work as a team member


  • Results driven


  • Adaptable to frequent change
