This person will be trained in consenting patients to study and will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our isoplexis isolight system. They will also prepare samples to run on the system. They will also perform basic data analysis. These responsibilities in and of themselves require an individual with proper training and adequate time. Bandwidth permitting, they may also be able to help to perform other correlative experiments in the lab. The candidate will be expected to be punctual, diligent, and conscientious. He/she will have a reasonable degree of autonomy, but is expected to check in frequently with the designated supervisor.
Experience and Education
Master's degree with major coursework in field of assignment and no experience required.
Bachelor's degree with major coursework in field of assignment and one (1) year research experience at level of Research Technician or equivalent.
Two (2) years college with emphasis in coursework in field of assignment and four (4) years research experience including two (2) years at level of Research Technician or equivalent.
High school graduation or GED and six (6) years research experience to include two (2) years at level of Research Technician or equivalent.
**Other Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.
