Job Summary

This position is championing pSemi's customer needs. The Senior Customer Service/Order Management Rep. is responsible for general order management with minimum supervision. The assignments include, but not limited to Oracle Order entry, maintenance, PSI review, working with cross-functional teams within the company, and CRD optimization. The Senior Customer Account Representative performs his/her responsibilities by following company's documented policies and procedures and works with the Sales Operations team to maintain the procedures and eliminate ambiguity. There will also be coordination and participation in manager-assigned special projects. This position reports directly to the Manager of Sales Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

This position has responsibility for:


  • General order management/order entry and maintenance in Oracle ERP system

  • Oracle Report review, validation, & maintenance (Backlog, Ship Report, and PSI)

  • Assist customers for inquiries, such as expedite requests, delivery, or quality issues/concerns.

  • Identify and analyze delivery delays and errors, and work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery

  • Work with Sales/Customer/FAE on RMA's (using our system of record) and coordinates with the Quality team on Failure Analysis requests


  • Collaborate with various functional departments within the Company, as needed, to support customer requirements

  • Maintain documentation/records on issues relating to On Time Delivery, monthly/quarterly reporting on issues, correcting any order management reason codes timely

  • Maintain customer records in the ERP system

  • Maintain price in Oracle and Murata system

  • Train, coach, support junior reps

  • Identify, suggest, and promote Improvement Plans to the team/manager

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)


  • 3+ years experience with ERP system, Order Management

  • 3+ years customer service-related experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)

  • Ability to work with accuracy and speed

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Interpersonal skills and team player

Preferred Qualifications


  • Oracle Order Management preferably in version R12


  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel)

Education Requirements


  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred
