The Internal Communications Specialist will report to the Program Manager, Internal Communications, and will support the development and execution of integrated programs and deliverables to help Plantronics employees achieve business goals. This person will have demonstrated internal communications experience in a preferably global business environment, client or agency side, working across teams and with all levels of employees and management.
Strong writing, copywriting and storytelling skills are required, along with the ability to efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously. This person will help manage the editorial content and execution of the news section for the company intranet (Wave) and maintain a variety of Wave communication sites. The person in this role will also help analyze survey data and develop executive-level survey presentations. Candidates should be comfortable working across multiple media and channels (email, intranets, social networks, large employee meetings, executive and other presentations) to amplify key messages and drive employee engagement.
