About you


  • You have High school diploma or equivalent.


  • You have ability to operate powered industrial vehicles.


  • You have manufacturing experience.



  • you have experience within a food/beverage environment is preferred.


  • You have shift flexibility where weekends and nights may be required.


  • Youhave the ability to work under pressure and potentially stressful conditions.


  • You are self-motivated and a self-starter.


  • You have ability to pass a skill qualification assessment.


  • You can adhere to safety, health, and environmental standards and policies by taking personal responsibility to prevent injury or illness from exposure to hazards. Maintain housekeeping by adhering to established site standards and by removing all maintenance-related parts and waste to ensure a safe and orderly job site.


  • You can perform the proper lock-out/tag-out procedures on equipment in accordance with applicable standards to ensure zero energy state prior to commencing maintenance work and minimize health, safety, and environmental hazards to employees and the community.


  • You use and maintenance and measuring tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturers' specifications and established safety policies to ensure safety and efficiency.


  • You handle all maintenance materials and parts in accordance with established standards and procedures to prevent damage to the parts and equipment.


  • You document maintenance activities using the facility's maintenance management system and logs.


  • You performmaintenance of the wastewater and utilities systems as required. Preforms assigned general housekeeping duties.


  • You actively seek out opportunities to add value through the application of maintenance skills.


  • You preforms regular inspection activities on equipment to identify abnormalities and takes appropriate actions to return equipment to good operating condition.


  • You actively participate in improvement group activities sharing and utilizing knowledge to maximize the effectiveness of the group and its objectives.


  • You preform preventiveand/or predictive maintenance according to the work plan to maximize mean time between failures.


  • You lubricate equipment in accordance with lubrication schedule and equipment specifications to ensure reliable performance and prevent damage.


  • You preform alignment checks on rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, fans blowers, turbines, gear boxes, compressors) in accordance with equipment specifications in order to ensure reliable performance and prevent damage.
