ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are essential to the successful and satisfactory performance of this job. Other duties may be assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain classroom workstations and necessary peripheral devices.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Ensure training spaces meet the needs of the center for software, hardware and courseware delivery.
Interpret SCCM data and install software platforms.
Review SimCapture data and provide direction to Deskside Support and FSS.
Support all FlightSafety digital devices used in training by the center.
Ensure only approved content is delivered to the classroom.
Assist in planning and execution of changes made to the training spaces
Provide regular reports of the status and condition of training technologies to center leadership
Assist in monitoring and reporting issues with vendor software.
Provide Site Network personnel training on MATRIX (classroom.
Maintain base images for MATRIX products.
Maintain Auto Install images for MATRIX product updates.
Maintain version control and standardization.
Participate in the Quality Management System (QMS) activities at assigned site and adhere to the processes related to accomplishing the site's QMS goals.

Adhere to required work schedule including prompt and regular attendance
Report, on a timely basis, any safety hazards observed in work area, equipment and/or building to appropriate person(s) for correction
