Job Description:

Job Summary:
Assists with maintenance of company owned aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturers' maintenance instructions, and Corporate/Aviation Department policy. Performs detailing of aircraft.
** The work hours could vary from week to week depending on need and will not always be just first shift.**

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists with scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting and repairs on company owned aircraft. Works under immediate supervision.

Supports flight operations with launch, recovery, and fueling operations as flight schedule dictates.

Performs detailing on all aircraft and cleans the hangar.

Works with vendors and suppliers to purchase parts, return cores and on inventory control.

Completes FAA, Corporate and Aviation Department mandated training.

Works with aircraft manufacturers and maintenance service providers on aircraft maintenance compliance.

May work with fuel suppliers and the EPA on Fuel Farm Compliance; may work with OSHA on hanger safety and workplace safety compliance.

Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.

Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:

High School diploma or completion of GED.

Minimum Experience:

Experience in maintenance and servicing with mechanical aptitude.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Basic computer skills

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Good communications skills

Able to read wiring diagrams and follow directions.

Ability to bend, stoop, stand on a ladder and a raised platform, and work in confined spaces

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
