The PMO Manager, Corporate Learning Delivery is a key internal role supporting global project teams responsible for the delivery of blended leadership development solutions to our clients. This role maintains and schedules the delivery team onboarding program and contributes to cross-functional teams designing, developing and delivering enablement plans for product, process and continuous improvement initiatives. The PMO Manager works in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment requiring strong organizational, influencing, cross-cultural, attention-to-detail, communication, and system-thinking skills. This role represents a strategic investment to increase productivity and consistency across our growing global business.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management - Lead / co-lead cross-functional project teams working on internal initiatives aligned to organizational goals, processes and resource availability
Communication - Lead communication strategy for delivery readiness including information hub, weekly updates and monthly webinar for a variety of audiences (e.g., impacted roles, stakeholders, sponsors); manage stakeholder and project team communications for internal initiatives
Adult Learning - Lead core- and role-based needs assessments to inform and prioritize both onboarding and ongoing enablement for delivery roles; apply adult learning principles in the design and development of enablement efforts
Enablement - Develop and maintain product and process enablement plans with input from various roles including related knowledge, tools, documentation, communication strategy and timeline
Onboarding - Maintain alignment of onboarding checklists, enablement materials, and job aids aligned with current business and delivery processes
Knowledge Management - Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness team to develop, tag and publish process and enablement documentation aligned to agreed upon standards
Change Agent - Lead efforts to eliminate "noise" and drive efficiencies via regular and consistent communication of change so client-facing teams can focus on the client and learner experience
Role Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree preferred * At least 5 years proven success managing complex projects in a matrix environment * Creativity delivering business impact within a budget-constrained environment * Proven expertise applying adult learning principles in a variety of self-directed, virtual, and face-to-face formats * Successful track-record assessing role-specific needs and developing both onboarding and learning pathways, preferably in a professional services firm environment * Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) leveraged to bring clarity in ambiguous scenarios * Ability to influence without authority across multiple stakeholders * Experience with and/or certification in change management principles and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR model) * Highly motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills * Strong business acumen skills, relationship-oriented and customer-focused * Demonstrated facilitation skills with the ability to effectively communicate in both virtual and face-to-face formats * Advanced organizational skills including ability to prioritize/manage competing deadlines * Technical proficiency with MS Office products, Slack, Smartsheet and online meeting platforms (e.g., WebEx, Zoom and Teams) * Professional telecommuting work environment including high-speed broadband Internet connection and appropriate atmosphere to work remotely as needed * Travel required up to 10%
