Responsibilities
Sabre Systems is hiring a Junior Program Analyst to support one of our customers located in Southern Maryland at Patuxent River Naval Station. The Junior Program Analyst will provide program office analysis support and participate in meetings and supports specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Performs tasks under supervision.
The Junior Program Analyst will:
- Coordinate software schedules
- Provide data and deficiency tracking
- Coordinate team meetings
- Take meeting minutes
- Tracks program/project status' and schedules
- Prepares presentations, reports, studies and documentation
- Coordinate/manage meetings between teams
In addition the Junior Program Analyst will manage licensing and deficiency tracking and reporting along with managing the Deficiency Report spread sheets to include translation from Collins JIRA, iTrack, and manual inputs into JDRS. The selected candidate will also manage JDRS and TFS inputs and synchronization between systems and manage inputs and report to and from the Software Inventory Tool. The Junior Program Analyst will manage updates to deficiencies and providing reports.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- AS or AA degree is required (ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional four (4) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline)
- Two (2) years of experience in a business or technical position
- An active DoD Secret Clearance or higher is required
